Not fitting well into your activewear? No Sweat! Drop us an email within 14 days from date of purchase for an exchange. Please refer to below for our exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We will allow request for returns within 14 days from date of purchase. Items are to be unworn, with original tag on, and in original packaging.
Return shipping will be arranged and borne by customer. All returns and exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or mails with any tracking to our office address. Sweatxy Activewear will not be responsible for any lost mail.
Once returns are accepted by Sweatxy Activewear, you will be issued store-credit for new exchange or for future purchases. Do note that we will not refund value of shipping paid. Once completed, we will notify you through email.
To start a Return/Exchange, please email us at hello@sweatxy.com.sg with the following:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number (if available)
- Reason for the exchange (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)
Do note the below items strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale items
- Marked-down items
Refund
All refunds are in store-credit and no cash/credit card refunds will be given.
